Advertising Route: Advertising for the vacant positions is done in consultation with you on your behalf wherein the Costs will be charged on actuals and shall be in addition to our professional fees as mentioned subsequently in the proposal.
Ad draft along with the media schedule and cost estimates are sent for your approval.

• Conducting preliminary and final interviews of the short listed candidates as required, by traveling with the client to the central locations, based on concentration of Ad –responses / short-listed candidates

Terms & Conditions / Commercials
The objective of the assignment is to assist Parhoon Tarh Co in selection and recruitment of suitable persons for the various openings / positions from time to time.

The assignments shall be initiated as per your instructions and the positions will be expected to start reaching the offer stage within a reasonable period of time. However the assignments shall remain current till suitable persons are found and recruited for respective positions. Joining duties by the candidates will follow, and would be even quicker depending on whether you wish to buy the notice period of the selected candidate/s.

• Cost of advertisement (only in case it is considered absolutely necessary) released / to be released by us on your behalf in advance. This will be taken up after consultation with you and only if suitable candidates are not available through general head hunting.
• Head hunting assignments on all India bases will require extensive traveling and conducting meetings with candidates, expenses like traveling, hotel accommodation, out of pocket expenses on actuals. Kaamdhandha’s travel rule would apply, i.e. ‘Y’ Class travel and stay in decent hotel. ( Please ignore if not applicable)
• Identified / short listed candidates shall need to be called over for interview / assessment meetings and expenses such as their traveling; hotel accommodation and conveyance would need to be reimbursed by you at actuals. The bills for the expenses incurred in this regard shall be presented to you for reimbursement as and when applicable / at the end of each month.

PROFESSIONAL FEES We will charged 8.33% per candidate from annual salary.

Professional fees for these positions will be payable as follows
1) 100% payment to be released within 30 days of the candidate joining.

I) Service Tax, of the professional fee would be payable over and above our professional fee.
ii) Any other levy / tax imposed by Central / State Governments/ appropriate authorities levied from time to time would be applicable.
B. 1. Information Required :
Before the commencement of the assignment we would be grateful for your providing us the following information for us to successfully complete the assignment:
 *Job profile including the reporting relationships, and detailing – some key result areas and core competencies to be explained to us but a detailed write-up would definitely be helpful.
* Total No. of employees likely to be employed in the company.
* Business plan for the next one or two years. (Reqd to discuss with candidates while generating their interest)
* Any other information that may be useful in the search and selection of Suitable Candidates.

2. Client referrals: Often, during the course of search clients become aware of potential candidates through their own source or through referrals. To ensure objectivity and uniformity, we request that our clients refer such candidates to us for interviewing and appraisal along with those candidates that have emerged from our systematic research. We will evaluate these candidates as like other candidates since we consider such interviews to be routine and part of our Consulting role. Further more, including internal candidates and client referrals enables us to improve the probability of a successful recruitment. In all such cases, our fees will be payable in full, as given in the proposal.

3 Previous Efforts : To improve our productivity and potentially eliminate unnecessary duplication, embarrassment and expense, we request that our clients disclose any previous efforts that they may have undertaken to fill the position for which we have been retained (i.e. the names and current employers of the unsuccessful candidates, if any).

4 Kaamdhandha’s candidates :Candidates once sponsored by us either through Data bank or search or from the responses to the Ads given by us on your behalf or given by you and the assignment given to us , will be treated as our candidates, for at least a period of two years if absorbed for any position, including for a position for which the candidate/s were initially considered and found unsuitable or not found as first choice by your organization, for any other assignment in including in your sister companies, if any.

5 Offer : Copy of the offer letter to the selected candidate giving all the details of his salaries & perks and authorization for expenses / reimbursements etc. To be sent to us immediately on issue / joining of the candidate, whichever is earlier.

6. Compensation Package: It has been assumed that candidates will not be rejected on account of their asking higher compensations, within reasonable limits, provided they are otherwise found suitable for the position.

7. Please return the duplicate copy of the terms and conditions duly signed at all the pages as a token of your acceptance of the same.
